Infrastructure first
We believe email should be as reliable as any other critical infrastructure. Every architectural decision we make optimizes for uptime, latency, and deliverability — not features.
Transparency by default
Delivery rates, uptime, and incident reports are published publicly. We don't hide metrics behind sales calls. If something breaks, you'll know before we tell you.
Developer experience matters
The API should be predictable, the SDKs idiomatic, and the docs complete. We measure our developer experience by how long it takes from signup to first successful send.
Global from day one
Email and physical mail don't respect borders. Our infrastructure spans multiple regions, and our physical mail API covers 180+ countries with the same API surface.
